Just finished putting it together, and using for the first time. Assembly was a snap. Issue was that the instructions do not say anything about the crevice tool storage and, as the previous answer said, it does not fit well on the "Tool holder" because it has to lean to one side or the other of the hose. I ended up putting the crevice tool where the dusting brush tool is shown in the instructions (it's a loose fit though, and must be removed before using the hose), and the dusting brush tool on the "tool holder." The manufacturer should update their instructions!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Which attachment? One goes on the front (the pet hair one), and then the two that are long go together and nest under where the hose arcs. They have to be pushed together pretty well, but they fit. The other goes on a space just above those, directly under the hose arc.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. We put the two black pieces together(inside each other). And then stored on rear bracket...instructions were no help on this. Seems to store and use fine this way
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Is it the little thing that looks like it gas teeth on it? I put it on the side but comes off often.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Same issue, I think it just sucks!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. We had the same issue with the extender but you have to slide the crevice tool into it and allow enough height for it to snap in place.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Same here. Seems they tried to match up design with new hardware and didn't think it through. We just toss ours in the closet. The wand does work good for couches and pockets between cushions.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This may be the case as different retailers carry different attachments with their models. The extension wand, crevice tool, turbo eraser tool, dusting brush, and pet hair corner tool should store on-board the vacuum. Please call us if we can help – 800-237-7691.
