• No it does not have a wall charger. You plug in the whole unit. I have mine on top of my washing machine in the laundry room. Hope this helps.

• It comes with a cord that you plug from the wall into the mini vacuum. You must unplug the cord from the vacuum to be able to use it. It doesn't come with a stationary unit to set the vacuum on.
