• That's a good question. The other machine we have similar to this is our CrossWave. The CrossWave uses water extraction with formula and a spinning brush to clean hard floors and rugs while the Symphony uses steam and a mop pad to clean hard floors. If really comes down to personal preference for how you'd like to clean your hard floors.
