“When choose in Normal Model, and load size as 3, the water only fills half tank. Is this normal, or I am missing something? I can clearly see the water level is higher at the full tank if I choose Gentle Model and load size as 3.”

• I saw this too. It has a bug. Try soak mode to get water to load 3 level, then close the lid or turn off and on back to wash at level 1/2 water.
