• Cloud storage won’t get full but if you don’t want the subscription You will need a usb drive not a SD card I believe any usb drive will work recommended at least 128gb depending how much traffic, size of video and videos you want to keep

• Hi there, The Blink local storage uses USB flash drives, not SD cards. As for needing one at all, if you're using cloud storage with a subscription it actually has unlimited storage and won't be getting full.
