• The sync module 2 is currently shipping with all new Blink Indoor and Blink Outdoor kits/systems. So, yes the sync module 2 would ship with this Blink Outdoor 1-camera system.

• You can buy the set of the Blink outdoor camera with the sync mod. However, they also sell the cameras separately. The Sync Module acts as a hub for your cameras. With the module, you can add the USB drive for storage.
