As long as you have wifi and a compatible mobile device, the Blink Systems/Kits would ship with everything needed to get set-up and started. If you plan to use the local storage option with the sync module 2 you would need to purchase a USB flash drive separately. The Blink Outdoor cameras have an operating temperature range of -4° to 113° F (-20° to 45° C). They are IP-65 rated to ensure that the water-resistant unit delivers clear, HD quality video no matter the forecast.
