“When my iPhone connects to my Wi-Fi which is the 5G, will that work with these cameras being you have to have it on 2.4 MHz? Will I have to change Wi-Fi from 5G to 2.4 MHz on my iphone to be able to access cameras or for them to work? I’m confused!”

No im running my cameras on 5G and dont have any issues.
