I am running my Blink cameras on the sync module with 128 mb thumb drives. The iCloud is free for 30 days but seems to be around by name, not service, for a while after that. The sync modules will let you name the system and can be used without a blink plan. I have found I don’t need the pay plan.

Yes, you can add the Blink Outdoor 3rd Gen Camera to your Blink system and if you are using a sync module 2- you can set it up for local storage or purchase a subscription plan.
