Uses your phone or tablet. I haven’t played with to much but I don’t think you can watch all the cameras at once. Not positive

You would set-up and access your Blink System and cameras from the Blink Home Monitor APP on your compatible mobile device.
The Blink App is currently compatible with any iOS mobile devices running version 12.5 or higher, Android mobile devices running version 5.0 or higher and Fire OS mobile devices, running software version 5.1 or higher.
