“How far away from the outdoor cameras can it record sounds, noises when their is human motions? No buildings or tress blocking the humans making the noises. I need about 6-10 cameras placed around a ranch.”

• Mine pick up motion about 30/40 yards out and sound about 20/30 yards out. The issue you may have is how far the cameras can be from the central HUB they need to communicate with in order to work. The furthest camera from my HUB is less than 30 yards and it works great.
