“I have 6 mini blink cameras and an outdoor blink doorbell.all connected I can see them and a sync modual 2 brand new but I can't get it to recognize the usb in it. I can not get recordings bc it doesn't show usb attached. I have reset and did the router”

Have you tried to format it to FAT32 or exfat. Inside the sync module. In settings it says format you can do that too.
