I'm not sure what this means. On a phone or tablet, you download an app from the playstore. You do have to set up a username and password to start, but can stay logged in. You don't have to sign in every time. Hope this helps.

The cameras use Wi-Fi to send images and notifications so you can view them from the Blink app on your mobile device. At minimum, Blink systems need a connection of at least 2 Mbps upload speed.
