Why haven't any questions been answered? null

I was wondering the same thing. It’s hardly interactive on this site. Maybe there’s so many complaints. You can reach customer service by calling them from the app. My cameras stopped working once my free plan expired. I guess I paid $14 for that overpriced USB for nothing.
