• A:Answer The batteries that are shipped with the Blink cameras are not rechargeable and we do not recommend using rechargeable batteries as they may cause issues with the cameras. The battery operated Blink cameras are shipped with two non-rechargeable AA 1.5v Lithium batteries. Blink camera batteries should be replaced by Energizer Ultimate 1.5v Lithium AA batteries or the equivalent.

• A:Answer The Blink Indoor and Blink Outdoor cameras are battery powered. However the sync module needed to operate the cameras would need to be plugged into a normal wall outlet at all times and within 100ft of the cameras in any direction.

Q: QuestionI have an XT2 system. Are the new Blink Outdoor cameras compatible. I was going to buy a 3 camera outdoor system for my son. He only needs two cameras. Can I use one of these on my XT2 system

• A:Answer Yes all Blink cameras will work with your current system, I did the same with my parent's camera system they got the 5 camera pack but only needed 4 so I used the other one for my Apartment and had no problems adding the camera to my system. Hope this helps!
