QuestionWhat is the difference between gen 3 and gen 4? I also see that the mini outdoor cam states at night it shows black and white, is their a way to see in color? Does it show color during the day?

- Answer It shows color during the day, but switches to infrared in darker settings, which will look black and white. So, no, the camera will only show black and white when it's in the infrared mode, no color. That's just the nature of all cameras that have infrared capability.

- Answer If you have streaming capability from your phone to your TV, then yes. Or, you can plug the thumb drive in your Sync module into a computer and watch the footage from your computer, either on the computer monitor or streamed to your TV.

- Answer You could.... BUT, you must give them your username and PW and they get full access just as if it were you in the app. You can't 'share' access by providing a link and you maintain control over the system and their access. Once you allow someone else access, they can change anything, including the PW and now locking you out.

- Answer Your range will depend on the strength of your Wi Fi signal. Your cameras will connect to the sync module so make sure that it's not blocked by anything. The basic cameras do not provide motion. You can purchase a mount that will allow the cameras to tilt and pan. They are not very expensive.
