Yes. Each camera has a mount and an additional bracket so you can mount them in either of two planes. The directions are acceptable and easy to follow. Screws are included but they are not very robust. Recommend you drill pilot holes if you mount the cameras in materials such as hardy-board or cement siding and maybe using different screws.

Yes ...also includes a clip on arm mount for additional angles.
