Your range will depend on the strength of your Wi Fi signal. Your cameras will connect to the sync module so make sure that it's not blocked by anything. The basic cameras do not provide motion. You can purchase a mount that will allow the cameras to tilt and pan. They are not very expensive.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I bought two, and it goes pretty far. I have it on the garage, and it does about 1/3 of the driveway and shows the neighbors house as well. But it does not pick up when the neighbor leaves. It does motion detection, and it notifies you when something walks by. Even if the light changes from the sun and reflects it a certain way, it detects motion.
