• Hi McKay! The range listing is for the distance from the Sync Module XR can be from the Outdoor 4 that's connected to it. For the range they'll detect motion, here's what Blink says on their website: "Blink cameras use either Passive Infrared (PIR) or Pixel Difference Analysis (PDA) to detect motion. Both technologies provide similar motion detection. Blink cameras detect motion best from about 7 to 19 feet (2m to 6m) away, and can respond to motion at 30 feet (10m)."
