Yes the LED light can be set to come on at dusk and off and dawn, and also set to come on with motion.

Please try again later.I'm not 100% sure I understand the 2nd part of your question so I'll answer it with 2 answers. 1) Yes, controlling the flood light independently of the camera is possible from the live view. 2) Yes, controlling the operational LED of the camera, the either solid or blinking LED in the black lens housing of the camera can be turned off or left to blink or remain on. These can be permanent or only triggered when someone is viewing the live feed. Back to your first question if the LED light is dimmable, yes it is. It's only adjustable from settings so you cannot adjust it while you view the live feed. There is a setting to control dusk to dawn operation. By default it's set to off.
