As far as I know you can only use the IOS or Android app to set up the phone and see your cameras. There isn't a web interface. As long as you have access to the internet you will be fine.

The Blink system is run from a mobile app available for iOS version 10 or higher and Android version 5.0 or higher. You cannot currently access your Blink system from your computer.
