“Does this have a way to record to a memory card of some sort? The house I want to install a system at DOES NOT have an internet connection (heck, I don't even have a PC there), nor do I plan to get internet there.”

Blink does currently require a 2.4ghz WiFi-based Internet connection to operate and we currently only offer our cloud storage option for the Blink camera systems accessible via the Blink App.
