Can I run these cameras in two different locations shop and my home I have WiFi at both there just about 225 -250 ft apart I just want cameras at both places so the router would be that far away from some of the cameras null

I have external cameras mounted 250 feet away from my hub, and they work fine.

Yes it will work just as long as your WiFi Signal is strong. If it doesn’t then return it.

I think it says in the instructions that the cameras cannot be more than 100 feet from the module.

You are able to set-up and access two separate Blink Systems from the same account by using our multi-system support feature. However do note both locations would need to have their own sync module and WIFI/Internet.
