I believe it should auto connect once the wifi is back up. If you want to reboot the hub, i would think you could plug that into another wifi iot outlet that you control other ways to shut power and then apply power to hub outlet.

The Blink system does require a WiFi and Internet connection to operate - if it loses this connection, it will automatically resume normal operation as soon as this connection is restored.
