Cameras have to be armed on the main app screen at the bottom. Also know there is a 10 second delay between alarms. You can watch for the blue light on the front of the to see how far they will alert for motion.

Please try again later.You would want to make sure that your cameras were armed for motion detection for them to detect and record any clips, along with adjusting the sensitivity on the cameras you may also want to adjust the angle as well, noting the best motion detection occurs when a subject walks across the field of view from one side to another rather than directly toward or away from the camera.
