I am rural and have a cellular based internet/wifi system. Will this camera set up work. I really need to be able to receive to my celphone too. null

You should be fine. You monitor the system from the App on your cell phone. Cloud storage is across the internet but only when you trigger a recording.
The system works off of the wifi for but I see no conflict with sending / receiving phone calls.

Here are the Blink system requirements: A non-cellular 2.4 Ghz Wi-Fi network (name and password) and high speed Internet connection (DSL, Cable, Fiber) with a minimum 2 Mbit/sec upload speed. Unfortunately, due to high latency issues, we do not recommend using Blink with Satellite providers. Please note that Blink is unable to gain internet access on networks that require authentication through a third-party login website.
