Q: QuestionDoes the camera have anything that will light up on the front where the lens is while recording in a dark room? and can video that is transmitted to the app be watched at a later time without being erased? for instance if I am at work at the time.

• A:Answer Pretty sure small red light comes on for recording in dark because night vision is better....and yes, there are many adjustments as far as recordings from length of recording and sensitivity with free storage on the app!

• A:Answer Here are our system requirements: A non-cellular 2.4 Ghz Wi-Fi network (name and password) and high speed Internet connection (DSL, Cable, Fiber) with a minimum 2 Mbit/sec upload speed. Unfortunately, due to high latency issues, we do not recommend using Blink with Satellite providers. ​Please note that Blink is unable to gain internet access on networks that require authentication through a third-party login website.

• A:Answer The video is stored on Amazon's cloud. There is a finite amount provided for no charge. More is available for a fee. I delete my motion triggered videos after viewing and am seldom over 2% of the free amount.

• A:Answer The Blink cameras have a field of view of 110 degrees - in the daytime, they provide enough visibility to identify an individual’s facial features that is 20ft away, recognize a person that is 32ft away, and beyond that depends on exact lighting conditions. At night, they provide visibility up to 20ft away depending on exact conditions. The range of the motion sensor is up to 15-20ft depending on exact conditions.
