• Blink does currently require a 2.4ghz WiFi-based Internet connection to operate

• The cameras need to be connected to the internet to work, if you don’t have internet from a cable provider coming to the house then you would need a WiFi hotspot device which runs of a SIM card or a second mobile phone set up as a hotspot that stay in the house so the cameras are connected to the internet. If you have internet coming to the house then buying a WiFi router is the best option.
