Yes. You can schedule the system to turn on and off at certain times by day. 

You can also turn it on or off from your phone. 

Generally, I turn it on at night automatically at my bedtime. Then I turn it off when I get up because I do have a camera inside, thinking that if I get an alarm from outside, then an alarm from inside, I will have time to be prepared.

You are able to manually arm and disarm your system or even individual cameras on your Blink System at anytime through the APP, you are also able to set up scheduled arming as well to have your Blink System arm and disarm on a set schedule if you wish.
