• A:Answer Blink does currently require a 2.4ghz WiFi-based Internet connection to operate. You are able to adjust your camera settings, view video clips, receive notifications, and access live view through the App on your mobile device from anywhere as long as you have a WIFI or cellular connection. This is important to note for your cellular data plan, watching a five second motion clip without WIFI connection will use about 750KB of your data plan.

• A:Answer Retrigger is the time it takes to take another picture. I have mine on the quickest setting which will allow for a quicker response between pictures being taken. This uses batteries faster but is safer in my opinion instead of the additional lag time. Hope this helps

• A:Answer Currently Blink only integrates with IFTTT and Amazon Alexa-enabled products. You could certainly use the Blink System and your Xfinity System in the same location however they would not integrate with each other.

• A:Answer The camera will continue to capture 5-60 second video clips as long as motion is being detected. There is a delay between consecutive clips (as the camera turns off and back on) which can be set by you in the Blink App to anywhere between 10 to 60 seconds depending on your preference.
