Honestly the steelbook was a ripoff. it was premade for a disc and the switch cart insert continuously falls out.

I did not preorder aince I was on the fence. Eventully I ordered instore and they were not giving the special case. I then ordered online for instore pickup, but the store I picked up from claimed they didn't have any left. I then asked if they could look up where the nearest store was that did. Note that when I picked up the order, my case was still pending. They were willing to sell me the case at the other store for $15. I told them good luck with that and returned the order. I then ordered online for a second time but with home delivery, and lo and behold, I got the case without any hassle.

Yes, i ordered the switch version. And now i see that it's showing on their website if you now purchase the game it comes with the steelbook. Bad poor customer service.

I'm not sure there is a question to answer here, but if it helps, the steelbook was only being offered to those who pre ordered the NINTENDO SWITCH VERSION of the game. Hopefully that can clear up any confusion
