it should come with it because the case is actually for disc and the switch cartridge is only an extra piece of plastic you put on to it that can easily fall out.

Looks like they only give the steelbook with the Switch version. I asked in-store and that's what they said.

I'ts the same for all versions. It's a CD steelbook and comes with a plastic insert to hold the Switch cartridge. Can easily be removed if you don't want it in there.

The one I got had a disk holder on the right side and an insert for a switch game on the left.
