• No is not a prepaid cellphone, is just an unlocked cellphone that you can use if your current carrier uses "nano SIM cards"...in my case my carrier is T-Mobile, my cell broke and I couldn't afford a new T-Mobile cellphone, I am am on a tight budget so buying this cell was my only choise, so far this blue cellphone works really good, is more than I expected...
