I didn't have any problems. I had a girl at Best buy do all the switching for me. Works great they might be trying to get more money from you

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I just did that and I have not had a problem with the new phone having my straight talk sim card. The new phone is an unlocked phone that is not through straight talk. In other words you will be fine
