Yes I understand and appreciate your concern for your friend. This unit is extremely "all"user friendly. The large soft touch control button on the unit controls all functions. Your blind friend will hear the fan speed change as he or she touches the button. Suggest that a sighted person assist your friend with initial set-up then it'll be a breeze after that.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It has a large button about 2 1/2 inches in the front. You push it for the 3 levels or off. You can tell the level by the light or by the noise level. Extremely user friendly. Push once for low, twice for medium, three times for high, & four times for off. Noise increases with each level.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. There is a large button on the front. It is VERY sensitive; it needs a very light touch to change from one level the the next, and then off. There is nothing except visual feedback and sound to know which level is active, or if it is off.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi. It’s touch sensitive. All you do is touch the front of the large circular button and it turns on. You can’t miss it. It’s the only object that sticks out of the purifier. The rest of the purifier surface is smooth. Each time you touch the button it increases the speed. The fourth touch turns it off. It has 3 speeds. To make sure whether it’s running or not, all you do is feel the top where the air is flowing out. Lowest speed is very quiet. I’ve had mine for a 2 weeks now. So far, so good. Enjoy.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You just touch the circle. 3 settings and it’s super easy to use
