Thank you for your honest answer. It's a shame you choose not to add new features to a headset your other models have. I purchased one to see if I could live without those feautures since it was highly reviewed and now I am regretting that purchase. I will be returning this headset and will go back to my Plantronics 5220. I will consider purchasing another one of your products when you can make a headset with the same feature set most others manufactures currently have.
