Hello GEV73- Thank you for your interest in the BlueParrott M300-XT! To answer your questions, no, the M300-XT does not support caller ID, and no, you cannot answer phone calls by saying "answer." Currently, the only way to answer phone calls with the BlueParrott M300-XT is by pressing the multi-function button on the earpiece. We hope this helps!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Lol!!!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Not on this model headset. Funny how their others support it. They stated they have no plans to add that feature via firmware update. Shame as I love the Voyager 5220 but they also havent gotten current with a USB C port and decent battery. It's 2022 yet Jabra and Plantronics (2 of the biggest players) are stuck in the 2000's. Picking the lesser of the two evils, I'll stick with the 5220.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes it does havr caller I.D. as long ad you have your phone set up to announce the caller's name about answering the call wirh your voice like you can do worh the Plantronics Voyager 5220, unfortunately No it cant do that, you would have to press the Blueparrott button on your earpiece to answer the call. Hope this helps.
