Hello Ryan - Thank you for your question. The Jabra S650-XT is designed and optimized to work with smartphone devices both iOS and Android. While some users may have had success with pairing to desk phone by Shoretell & Mitel, we do not recommend this as the full functionality of the headset may not be available.
