There was one day where my bob was completely dead. Try flipping it over and unscrewing the batter compartment and unplug the battery for a few minutes, then plug it back it. Make sure that your charging base has a green led light and make sure that the contact points on the bob and charging base are touching.

Also there is a button on robot labled "charging" if you press that button it will align itself correctly to the charging station
