“When Bob gets on my carpet, he only runs for about a minute and turns red and blinks 10 times. This indicates the side brushes are congested but nothing is there. Can someone give tips or help? It does excellent on my hardwood floor.”

• He needs to practice the space first. Try the settings on remote and program him.
