Your TiVo Bolt comes preloaded with Hulu and Netflx. Not familiar with Sling TV.

Make sure you have good WiFi service and use a true HD cable for your Ultra HD. Best Buy sells those as well. You can call TiVo Central support to inquire about Sling TV

I work for a cable company, I recommend you buy 2 TiVo Bolts and 2 TiVo minis. This will accommodate all tv’s in your home.

After doing research, Best Buy had the best prices on the Bolts..6 tuners with 2 Gig ..lots of recording space. I also have 1 gig wi fi internet with 1000 meg speed. I also purchased an Arris 3.1 modem for maximum wireless signal and no buffering when recording or watching thru my TiVo apps.
