- Answer It starts at $35 for 3 gigs of high speed all plans are unlimited but on mine after 3 gigs it slows down. Not a problem for me but if you stream video or game you will need a larger plan

- Answer When I purchased this phone Best Buy gave me the option of in store activation, You can also do at home over the phone activation which is easy and you don’t have to pay an activation fee.

- Answer No it doesn't have to be prepaid. I currently pay a monthly service with this phone. All I did was register it on my account.

- Answer Bestbuy phones are refurbished & defective. Don’t waste your time nor money. I purchased an IPhone 6 for $199, after receiving the phone the screen begin to change colors, the phone froze often and I had to press the buttons multiple times to get it to work. Bestbuy has a 14 day policy, so after 14 days u can’t exchange or get a refund. I won’t ever in life buy anything from this company. Had to contact Apple to resolve my issue.
