A:Answer Bestbuy phones are refurbished & defective. Don’t waste your time nor money. I purchased an IPhone 6 for $199, after receiving the phone the screen begin to change colors, the phone froze often and I had to press the buttons multiple times to get it to work. Bestbuy has a 14 day policy, so after 14 days u can’t exchange or get a refund. I won’t ever in life buy anything from this company. Had to contact Apple to resolve my issue.
