Typically yes, you can. you will have to do what is called porting. you need to port your number BEFORE you cancel your Verizon account.

Please try again later.I think you can, most phones these days let you keep your number, and boost is good pay between $35 to $45 unlimited text, calls and long distance in US , been with boost for about 8 yrs ,no contract, pay online or sign up for them take from you check account . I think its best you go to a boost store that way they can do it right .and right now the blue nokia lumia 635 is on sale for $50 ,i bought one so far so good
