Go to your Nvidia Control Panel. Under the PhysX option choose your card. For some reason selecting your card under that option makes your card visible for the Nvidia App so you can redeem your code. If you still have an issue, contact Nvidia. They are aware many people can't redeem anything. This was poorly thought out for them.
