“Had this dishwasher installed yesterday. There's a loud buzzing or humming noise, not all the time but just briefly at times, perhaps when it's draining or filling but not sure. No other dishwasher we've had has done this. Is this normal for this one?”

No, mine is so quiet, we truly have to look at the floor light it projects to know if it's running or not.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I wouldn't call it a LOUD buzzing but i think that's the pump kicking on when the pump kicks on and it's draining the water out I believe, so maybe twice during a wash? Other than that it should be whisper quiet the whole time though.
