I just purchased the 800 series SHPM78W55N. It will be installed next week. I thought this model included the FlexRack that would allow me to move the upper rack to higher or lower positions, but the sales person said that isn’t true. What does it mean? null

Hi Eileen. Thank you for your question. The SHPM78W55N does have RackMatic on the middle rack which allows it 3 height positions and 9 total positions. It can also be run with the rack on a slanted position. The third rack is also flexible as both sides drop down to allow for placement of larger utensils and it also has a few fold down tines at the front of the rack for larger handled flatware and utensils.

sales person is wrong. upper rack is easily moved to one of 3 height settings
