• Hi SpacemanSpiff, thanks for your interest in model HIIP057U. This range, unfortunately does not have a delayed bake start mode. The only auto shutoff there is for the oven is that for safety reasons the oven will shut off automatically after 24 hours if set between 100-200°F and 12 hours if set between 201-500°F.
