Q: QuestionIs the top oven rack removable? If so mine seems to be bound up. It does slide but I wish to remove it for a larger oven. Followup to my review, I'm becoming familia with operating the induction top. I like it much better than my prior sealed glass top

• A:Answer Hi SpacemanSpiff, thanks for your interest in model HIIP057U. This range, unfortunately does not have a delayed bake start mode. The only auto shutoff there is for the oven is that for safety reasons the oven will shut off automatically after 24 hours if set between 100-200°F and 12 hours if set between 201-500°F.

• A:Answer If you don’t have cast iron or other induction ready cookware then using interface plates works with a decrease in efficiency. I’ve cooked with a French pottery poelon and an interface plate successfully. I have three different sizes of interface plates.
