We've now used both the stovetop and oven without problem. We really like that there are NO control knobs to be cleaned around + it is much better insulated than our previous (premium) unit - standing nearby I feel no escaped oven heat. Just in case - we purchased Geek Squads 5 year protection plan.

The product is fabulous. Amazing temperature control, even baking, and the flex burners help you manage complex recipes requiring several pans working at once. At first it’s intimidating, but true to German engineering, controls and settings are very intuitive. I highly recommend this Bosch induction range, but buy it elsewhere. What I don’t recommend is Best Buy delivery and damage insurance. They sent two clearly inexperienced men who spoke no English (so I couldn’t address issues directly with them) to install a $4400 range. It took them 40 minutes to figure out how to hook up the power cord to the range. Then they scratched the daylights out of my cabinets and the handle on the range while shoving it into place. Even after I tried to explain they needed to attach the non-tipping bracket, they didn’t do it. Repeated calls and emails to Best Buy to pursue a claim for damages to my cabinets and the range were met with lies and lack of follow up. As much as I love the range, I am sickened every time I look at the scratches these clowns made in my new-construction kitchen every time I use it. BUY IT ELSEWHERE OR ARRANGE TO PICK IT UP AND INSTALL IT YOURSELF. You will get no support from Best Buy for the damage their shoddy installation crew causes to your brand new appliance and your home. Personally, I will never shop for appliances at Best Buy ever again.

We've had this since 2023 and it has been very unpleasant to work with the entire time. There are two primary issues with the unit: first, it is imprecise. 6.5 and 7 heat may have a tiny difference, 8.5 and 9 might be a massive difference. But the absolute deal breaker is the touch sensitive front and top. If a shorter person, like my wife, is using it she might bump the front panel inadvertently and since it is touch sensitive it might make changes. The top panel being touch sensitive is a far worse problem: if you spill or overflow anything onto it, it will start beeping very loudly to inform you that you cannot control the range. It's absolutely horrible design. Finally, if you care how things look, this thing's black range top requires a lot of extra special attention to avoid looking streaky.
