A: Hello there, Ken. Thank you for sharing your inquiry with us. We understand your situation and appreciate your interest in learning more about the differences between the LSIL6336XE and the LSIL6336F/LSIL6336FE models. While all three models share many core features such as a 6.3 cu.ft. oven capacity, similar overall dimensions, and power ratings, there are a few key distinctions beyond price: • The LSIL6336XE features a Black Ceramic cooktop finish with an InstaView® Window, whereas the LSIL6336F and LSIL6336FE come with a Grey Patterned on Black Ceramic Glass finish and are enhanced with the InstaView® + WideView™ oven door feature. This design nuance can offer a slightly different viewing experience when checking your food during cooking. • In terms of functionality, the LSIL6336F and LSIL6336FE models are listed as Induction + Radiant, meaning they combine induction with radiant heating for specific elements (evidenced by the inclusion of a Broil Element and Convection wattage details). The LSIL6336XE, on the other hand, focuses on a pure induction cooktop experience. • There are also slight differences in the accessory and smart technology features. Both the F and FE models include enhancements like the Cooktop Cream/Cleaner and Temp Probe, as well as integration with a third-party recipe app (Sidechef), which can provide additional culinary support that isn’t available with the XE model. One troubleshooting step we recommend is to review the detailed product manuals or feature comparison charts available on our official website for each model. This can help ensure that the unique features—whether it’s the type of cooktop finish, the additional smart technology integrations, or the specific heating methods—match your cooking preferences and needs. https://www.lg.com/us/cooking-appliances/lg-lsil6336xe-slide-in-induction-range#pdp_specs For any further clarification or to discuss which model best suits your kitchen, please send us a private message on Social Media @LGUSSupport so that our team can assist you further. —Renzo

We purchased this induction stove after our last LG range with (nearly the same model, but with a standard electric cooktop) was declared a lemon after two years by LG making 3 attempts to repair the control panel. First, props to LG for making good on giving us a full refund after the local service reps weren't able to fix (and kind of ghosted us). We hadn't even asked for a refund, but they came out of the blue and offered it. The oven on this unit is identical to our previous LG, and we got great results with it. I've read that some don't get great results with the bottom element missing, but we never had any troubles cooking typical food or any of the billion types of homemade breads we make. It is missing the slide-out oven rack from our prior model, which we regret forgetting to keep when our old unit was hauled away. The induction top has been solid. It boils water SOOOO freaking fast. (Our old unit would take 10-15 minutes on High to boil enough water to cook a pound of pasta and this gets there in < 2. On the other end of the spectrum, it simmers fine once you figure out the oddities of induction. It can take a bit to get used to the power cycling that can make it simmer off and on instead of constantly. We really enjoy it though. Works great with all our tri-ply, carbon steel, and enameled cast iron cookware. If you bought Wirecutter's recommended Tramontina non-stick pans, those don't work though. We were terrified that induction cooktops would sound like a single burner cooktop we had a decade ago (really annoying whiny buzz)--but were super happy to discover the cooktop really doesn't make any noise at all unless you turn on the Boost setting, and even then it was nothing audible with our fume hood running. We heard nothing on normal settings except a quiet fan that remained on for a bit after we'd cooked for an hour. We also like that the control panel on this unit has buttons that are visible when the panel is off. All in all, if LG's reputation holds and we don't end up with another lemon, we'll enjoy this range for a long time. Note on the Best Buy delivery: the kids who delivered it were nice, but they put two REALLY visible scratches in our wood floor taking out the old unit. They also left the plastic on the unit on parts that were pushed between the cabinet, and we also ended up scratching the floor pulling out the range to remove it--so didn't end up reporting it since we all had a hand in the damage. (and the floor wasn't perfect anyhow).

Beautiful stove that heats up pans quick. The flat top surface is easy to keep clean. I have had natural gas stoves for most of my life, and removing the grates to clean after cooking was a pain. This is super easy to wipe down. The induction cooktop heats up pans amazingly fast, and the temp is easy to control. The oven is a nice large size and the blue interior makes if feel fancier.

First time owning an induction cooktop oven. It is a game changer for those that like to cook. The control and how fast it heats up is remarkable. This is my 2nd LG oven after the one I had that was 17 years old had to go. Very reliable brand.
